Parents' Nite Out
Get your social life back on track! Go out "guilt-free" on an upcoming Saturday night and have fun knowing that your children are not just waiting for you by the TV — but are having fun too!

Why scramble for a sitter when you can bring your kids to the YMCA for Parents’ Nite Out? Check out that restaurant you’ve heard so much about... catch a movie... enjoy a romantic evening together... hang out with friends... attend a formal social occasion, or just have a quiet night in... all while your kids are enjoying a fun-filled evening of games, arts and crafts, movies, and more!  

Family Fitness Hours
During Family Fitness Hours, kids ages 8-12 are welcome to work out with their parents in our Fitness Center.  To safely workout with your child in the Fitness Center, kids and parents are asked to attend a Family Personalized Orientation Program (POP) session together where they will learn: equipment basics, safety techniques for youth, exercise guidelines for youth, gym etiquette, and much more.  To make a Family POP appointment, stop by the Member Service Desk or Fitness Center today!  Parents and youth MUST attend a Family POP together and workout together in the Fitness Center for safety reasons.  For the current Family Fitness Hours, please visit the Schedules page.
