The YMCA's Early Childhood Program provides a fun, caring and learning environment for children. Our programs emphasize literacy and incorporate the character values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. All Y teachers have early childhood experience and at least 45 hours of training in toddler/pre-school development and our CPR and First Aid certified. We believe in quality care and the teacher to child ratio is lower than state requirements.
Our Early Childhood Programs include:
- Infant Care: starting at 3 months
- Toddler Program: 12 months - 3 years
- Preschool Program: 3 - 4 years
- Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK): 4 - 5 years
